Elachee Nature Science Center is seeking an enthusiastic individual to serve as a Customer Service Associate, working to welcome and direct visitors to the Chicopee Woods Area Park and Elachee Nature Science Center. The successful candidate is a self-starter who will demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Basic Information  

• Part Time, up to 30 hours per week. 

• Schedule: 10am-6pm, weekdays, with availability on weekends and holidays. 

• Pay: $12.25/hour. 

Typical Duties:  

• Enthusiastically assist public visitors with needs including parking pass sales, nature center admission, trail information, maps, events, etc.  

• Provide quality customer service experiences to visitors. 

• Maintain well-stocked, clean areas for supplies and related technology. 

• Ability to participate as a cross-functional team member.
   

Requirements / Eligibility  

• 18 years of age or older 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Experience working with the public/customer service. 

• Ability to exert up to 10lbs of force frequently to move objects. 

• Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking and repetitive fine motor activities. 

• Ability to meet background check requirements.
