Outdoor Sound Bath Experience

Join Sound Healer and Reiki Master Rebecca Turk of SNDBAth in a meditative and healing journey of sound to help reduce stress, promote restful sleep and relax body tension by producing a specific resonance and tone. Bring your own yoga mat, blankets and/or sleeping bag, warm comfortable clothing, pillows for head and/or back, and an eye mask (or SNDBath will provide an eye mask, as needed). This program is for participants 14 years old and older.
