Fresh Eyes Mindfulness Hike

$30Join us for a Fresh Eyes Mindful Nature Walk, with lead guide and licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Karen Piering Abbott. Combining the benefits of nature exposure, gentle movement/stretching and breathwork you will be quietly guided through one of two trails in the Chicopee Woods. During this exploration, we will alternate between wandering, resting, journaling and stretching, providing opportunities for group and solo time. We will open to the sensations and rhythm of nature, as we intentionally slow down, unplug, and connect to the peace and presence of the moment.
Session 1: This session will take you along the Dodd Loop trail from 10:30-12:30. Maximum of 12, minimum of 4
Session 2: This session will take you along the Geiger Trail from 1:00-2:30. Maximum of 8, minimum of 4- CANCELLED
*Preregistration preferred, walk-ins admitted as space allows. This program is limited to those aged 12 years and older.
