Party Size and Times

Party formats are for children ages 4 to 12 years, and designed for the Birthday Child and 12 guests (includes one free adult admission per child).

Elachee offers children’s birthday parties March through November only. Available party times are Saturday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or Saturday afternoons from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Birthday parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis outside of Elachee’s regularly scheduled programming.

Choose a Party Theme Package

Elachee Members receive a $50 discount off the Party Package Fee.

Each additional child (above the 12 included in the Party Package) guest is $20.

Your party is reserved upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your party date. When received, we will confirm the reservation.

Elachee Nature Birthday Party Packages Include:

  • ​Two (2) hour outdoor pavilion or indoor classroom rental (with tables and chairs, and access to a catering kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave).
  • One (1) hour themed nature program and activity (animal encounter plus your choice of a craft project or nature hike) led by an Elachee Naturalist.
  • Free admission for the Birthday Child, 12 Guests (ages 4-12) and one adult per child guest to Elachee’s Visitor Center and Exhibits. All other guests will be charged the $5 per Adult and $3 per Child (ages 2-12 years) admission fee.
  • An Elachee Nature Shop present for the birthday child
  • Party favors for the birthday guests
  • Elachee birthday invitations
  • 13 Chicopee Woods Conservation Area daily parking passes, redeemable on party day (CWAPC Parking Station on Elachee Drive).
