Morning Meadow Yoga with Charlene 

PARTICIPANTS: Ages 14* and older, limited to 20 participants. 
*Minors must be accompanied by an adult participant.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED:Register for the May 8, 2021 Morning Meadow Yoga with Charlene at Elachee Nature Science Center
$10 per Elachee Member / $15 per Non-Member
Registration closes at 2 p.m., Friday, May 7, 2021.
PROGRAM TIME: 8:30-9:30 a.m.
PROGRAM LOCATION: Elachee Meadow at the Visitor Center
This morning vinyasa (flow) will focus on linking mindful movement with breath and is suited for all levels. The class offers sun salutations, creative sequences, mindful alignment principles, and complimentary breath work associated with each pose. The gentle yet slightly invigorating class will focus on foundational asanas (postures) while also building strength in the core muscle groups.
WHAT TO BRING: Water, Mat and any other materials desired (block, blanket, etc.)

Enjoy a Live Animal Showcase MORNING & AFTERNOON SESSIONS

TODAY’S Live Animal Showcase PROGRAM SESSIONS start at 11 a.m., 1 and 3 p.m.
Meet Elachee resident animals as part of an exploration of our Live Animal Exhibit, guided by an Elachee Naturalist. 

Register for one of Elachee's Live Animal Showcases for a guided presentation as you meet some of Elachee's resident animal ambassadors.

Visitors may register online for a Live Animal Showcase until 2 p.m., May 7, 2021. On Saturday, May 8, 2021, check program availability at the Elachee Visitor Center admission desk. Note: Program fee is included as part of your paid admission.

Visitors must follow CDC social distancing guidelines, as well as posted instructions.  Masks or other appropriate facial coverings are required for all indoor areas.
