GUEST SPEAKER: Andrew Lyons, Elachee Naturalist

Georgia has a rich diversity of ecosystems and wildlife. To provide a snapshot of our unique habitats, Andrew Lyons will be speaking during a virtual presentation about the wildlife dependent on our regional river basins ranging from the Georgia piedmont through the coastal plain to where they meet the Atlantic Ocean. The presentation will highlight many of the lesser-known species, as well as how different predators and prey depend on and utilize these waterways to their advantage.
Elachee Nature Science Center provides this FREE program to engage the community in environmental education and discussion. This Elachee life-long learning program is best suited for adults.
