Thank you for registering your child(ren) for a Camp Elachee 2021 day camp!

Parent Letter

Read the Camp Elachee Parent Letter for important check-in/drop-off and after camp pick-up information, and what your camper should wear and bring to camp.

Required Form to Complete Registration

  1. Download the Camp Elachee Authorization Form (Camp Elachee Emergency, Medical and Pick-Up Authorization Form)

  2. Save the digital document to your computer or digital device.
  3. Complete a form for each child you are registering. 
  4. Email completed form(s) to directly after registering, unless your camper attended Camp Elachee 2021 already. 
    Note: If your child attends more than one camp week, you only need to submit one (1) form for the entire camp season (spring break and summer).
  5. The Camp Director will email you to confirm your child’s Camp Elachee Authorization Form has been received.

Other Important Information

Medication Form: If camp staff will need to administer medication to your child, please download the Camp Elachee Medication Form, complete and email to the Camp Director one week prior to the registered camp week.

Changes, Cancellations, Refunds 


We will gladly accommodate your request for a change in registered Camp Week(s) or for After Camp Child Care, if space is available. Changes made with less than a two-week notice will include an additional $10 administrative fee.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to your child’s camp session are eligible for a refund, minus a $20 administrative fee for each week per child.
  • No refunds are made for cancellations with less than a two-week notice, except in the case of doctor-documented illness.
  • Elachee reserves the right to dismiss any camper to ensure the safety/health of all campers.
