Request for Proposals

By submitting a proposal, the Contractor certifies that prior to and throughout the performance of all applicable work it will remain in full compliance with all federal and state immigration laws, including but not limited to 8 U.S.C. § 1324a and the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act (O.C.G.A. §13-10-90 et seq.), as amended by the Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act of 2011, regarding the verification of employment eligibility of employees under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Selected contractor will be required to ensure that only persons who are citizens or nationals of the United States or non-citizens authorized under federal immigration laws are employed to perform services or any subcontract or sub-subcontract. Selected contractor will be required to certify its compliance with the aforementioned federal and state immigration laws set forth by signing a sworn affidavit, the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit, notarized by an Official Notary Public, and obtaining the same affidavits from any sub-contractor providing services.
